CWA Chocolate Cake
INGREDIENTS (@ room temperature)
- 125 grams butter
- 1¾ cups SR flour
- 1¼ cups castor sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon bicarb soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
METHOD
- Place all ingredients together in mix-master bowl. Mix till smooth.
- Line the base of aluminium square tin with baking paper.
- Pour mix into tin & bang tin on bench a few times to remove bubbles.
- Bake at 180°C or less for 30 mins.
- Turn out onto a tea-towel covered rack, then immediately turn again onto paper towel onto a tea-towel covered rack. (leaves no rack marks).
