All in one Quiche

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup butter melted
3 eggs (beaten)
1 onion finely chopped
1 cup grated cheese
1/3 cup SR Flour
1 1/4 cups milk
100g diced bacon
Salt and pepper

METHOD

Preheat oven 180C
Mix butter, flour, eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Add onion, bacon and cheese, mix lightly.
Pour into greased dish
Cook for 30-40 minutes
Can be eaten hot or cold.
