Ingredients
- 2 cups SR flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup coconut
- 2 cups weet bix
- 1 cup castor sugar
- 4 tblspns honey
- 240g butter or margarine
Icing
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 tblspn cocoa
- 1/2 tspn butter or margarine
- water
Method
- Melt butter and honey over low heat.
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Pour over melted butter and mix ell.
- Press into biscuit tray and bake in moderate oven till golden brown (20 minutes).
- Ice when cold
